DONSP1986 PK80 Motor Replaement of Top End Cylinder Set and Bottom End Crank Set for 2 Stroke kit 66cc/80cc

  • better adjusting Clutch a little before riding.
  • PK80 Replaement of Top End Cylinder Set and Bottom End Crank Set with AF80 connecting rod.
  • High hole Piston and Long connecting rod.
  • Clear up the cylinder transfer ports before assembling maybe some rough slag inside which maybe break off and cause the jamming of pistons and cylinders.
  • fully attention on screwing cylinder to the end bottom,DO NOT screw M8 bolts tightly that maybe cause drill through the end bottom so add some gasket or washer on head is better way to prevent it happen.
  • Attention on piston ring if put the piston out of cylinder, the piston rings are weak, better with right way install piston kit to cylinder.
